DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be shipped in 48h or less. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. The reception delay of your order depends on your location and the carrier. In Canada, it will usually take 2 to 5 working days (Quebec 1 to 3 working days) and internationally, 7 to 15 working days. N.B. Expect longer delays if there's Public Holiday(s) involved in the process.

CUSTOMS
For deliveries outside of Canada, will there be any custom fees for me to pay ?
Usually, no customs fees are charged by most of the countries when the declared value of the items does not exceed $ 800. However, your local authorities have the full right to decide whether to charge you for such fees or any additional taxes. These charges are not our responsibility. It is yours to pay and your full responsibility to check with your local customs office directly if any duties or taxes apply prior to your purchase.

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address;
- Contact your local post office to find out if they have your package;
If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office, contact us at question@bwev.ca with your order number and we will see Tothe rest of the procedures.
If you made a mistake in your delivery address and it is not possible for you to collect your order atthe address in question, we will not take any responsibility. If necessary, it will be your responsibility to place a new order at your expense. As Courtesy, we will honor the price which is better of what happens to be in effect at the time and that which was in effect at the time of thebetween the one taking effect at the moment and the one that was originaly on initial order if you complete your new order within 30 days of that initial order.
